What is Meridian Research?
Meridian Research provides premium research-grade peptides and compounds for laboratory and scientific research use only. We are committed to supplying high-purity materials with full analytical documentation to qualified researchers.
Who can create an account?
Accounts are available for researchers, scientists, educators, students, laboratories, and institutions. During signup, we ask for basic information about your research background or affiliation. Most applications are approved within 24 hours.
Do I need an account to order?
Yes. An account is required to place an order. Creating an account also saves your shipping information for faster checkout and allows you to view your order history.
What payment methods are available?
We accept Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, and secure credit card payments. Credit card payments are processed securely through Stripe or Square and include a 5% processing fee. Payment instructions are emailed immediately after checkout.
When is my order complete?
Orders are submitted as pending payment. Your order is not considered complete until payment is received and reviewed by our team.
Where do you ship from?
Orders ship from the USA. Tracking information is emailed once your order has shipped.
When will my order ship?
To help maintain product quality, Meridian Research processes and ships orders Monday through Thursday only, with a 4:00 PM (PST) order cutoff. Orders placed after 4:00 PM or on Fridays, weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next available shipping day. This shipping schedule is designed to minimize the risk of temperature-sensitive products remaining in carrier facilities over the weekend, helping ensure your order arrives in optimal condition. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive email updates throughout your order, including payment confirmation, shipping confirmation, and tracking information when available. If you have any questions, simply reply to any Meridian Research email or contact our support team.
Is my order secure and private?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption for all transactions, and all packages are shipped discreetly with no mention of contents on the exterior.
Are your products third-party tested?
Yes. Meridian Research products are third-party tested, endotoxin screened, and reviewed against a 99%+ purity standard. COAs are available upon request.
Do you test for endotoxins?
Yes. Products are endotoxin screened as part of Meridian Research’s quality review process. COAs are available upon request by contacting labs@meridianresearch.us.
What is your purity standard?
Every product is held to a 99%+ purity standard, verified through HPLC, MS, and additional analytical testing to ensure consistency for research purposes.
Are sales final?
Yes. All sales are final. Due to the nature of research materials, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order is placed.
What do you mean by “for research use only”?
Products are intended exclusively for laboratory and scientific research by qualified professionals. They are not intended for human or veterinary use.
